About us
We started with the returns pile
LulusBody opened in 2026 with one question: why does so much underwear get bought twice and kept once?
The thing nobody fixes
Underwear comes back more often than almost anything else sold online, and the reason is almost never the fabric or the colour. It is the size. A label says M and the garment disagrees. A cup letter means one thing in Australia and another in Europe. Size charts get copied from a supplier who never measured the finished piece. So you order two, keep one, and post the other back — and the industry has quietly agreed to call that normal.
What we decided to do instead
We measure every style ourselves and publish those numbers in centimetres on the product page, next to the AU, UK and US equivalents. We size XS to XL with soft, wireless construction rather than cup letters, so you pick a size you already know. And where a style runs small or relaxed, we say so on the page instead of letting you find out when the parcel arrives.
What you will not find here
No countdown timers on a sale that never ends. No reviews we wrote ourselves. No inflated original price with a line through it. If a piece is not right for you, we would rather swap the size than talk you out of sending it back.
One market at a time
We are an Australian business shipping to Australian addresses, with New Zealand next. Sizing, delivery and returns all work differently in every country, and we would rather be genuinely good in one place than thin across ten.
Where we are heading
A range you can order from without opening three browser tabs to work out your size, and a returns rate low enough that we can keep the prices where they are. That is the whole plan.

This page states the positioning, but the paragraph that converts is the one only you can write: who started LulusBody, and the moment that made you do it. Two or three sentences, first person, no marketing voice. Replace this block with that and the rest of the page will do its job.
