Where we deliver and what it costs
All orders are sent from our Australian warehouse. Rates below are per order, not per item, and include GST where it applies.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Anything after that, or over a weekend or public holiday, goes out the next business day. Delivery times above start from dispatch, not from when you order.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. It can take up to 24 hours before the first scan appears. If nothing has moved after three business days, email us and we will chase it.
Delays we cannot control
Carrier delays, weather events and peak periods can push delivery beyond the windows above. We will always help you trace a parcel, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we send a replacement at our cost.
Incorrect addresses
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will resend it once you cover the return postage. Email us within an hour of ordering if you spot a mistake and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
